The founder, Nita Nugent Bowers PhD has been involved in process improvement, training, compliance, technology, sales, and human resources for 25 years. She has been
providing customized compliance, process improvement, learning and organization performance consulting services for over 25 years. She holds a Lean sSix Sigma Black Belt in healthcare and she
has provided contracted training and implementation services, staff and leadership development, policy and procedure system design and redesign, learning system design, deployment planning, and
project management for over 600 clients in the United States.
Her consulting, training and implementation experiences at the international level have added to her abilities to develop large scale solutions for national and international deployment.
Her early experience in social service settings provided a base for understanding human performance issues and her later experience in computer technology has provided the right combination to begin
providing multi-faceted solutions for organizations and individuals.
Her client base for technology consulting and training consists of a variety of settings including Healthcare, Retail, Government, Industrial, Technology, and Sales and Marketing firms.
In addition, she also provides a "total solutions" approach to staff development and organization performance improvement. She offers the products, on-site services, and "train
the trainer" resources to enable organizations to become self sufficient in the delivery and maintenance of their projects.
